Growing up Kendra was a multi-sport athlete training competitively in gymnastics, softball, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. In high school she chose to compete in volleyball, soccer, and tennis; where she set several school records as an individual and with her team. High School indoor volleyball led to her current career as a Professional Beach Volleyball Player. She competes on various professional tours that travel across the country including the AVP Tour (top tour in the US). She is consistently ranked one of the top 20 women's beach volleyball players in the country and is one of the top 12 teams in the country. She has over 2 dozen wins on the tours that travel up and down the East Coast of the US and is coming off of her best year yet domestically with several top main draw finishes on the AVP tour and 2 Finals appearances on the NVL Tour.

Kendra is a sports performance trainer at MST and Director of Florida for Club Beach Dig (juniors beach volleyball club). Her major certification is through NFPT, but she currently holds various certificates for CSCS, NASM, Functional Training for Sports and Nutrition for Human Performance. Kendra has a wide variety of clients ranging from junior athletes, professional athletes, general fitness clients and seniors.Type your paragraph here.
