Edward A. Winslow is the Founder of My Speed Trainer
(MST). Edward formed MST with some of the top speed,
strength and conditioning trainers in South Florida.
At MST, the focus is on coaching to develop the skills
of speed, acceleration, deceleration, explosive power,
strength and sports specific movements to increase athleticism
for competition.
Edward has excelled in the speed, strength and conditioning
field for nearly a decade. During that time he has used
his education and experience helping professional, collegiate,
amateur and high school athletes excel in their sport.
He received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Hofstra
University, Long Island, NY, and completed his Masters
in Science with a degree in Performance Enhancement
and Injury Prevention from the California University
of Pennsylvania.
While receiving his education at Hofstra, he was an
Assistant Strength Coach for Hofstra athletics, designing
and implementing programs for Football, Golf, X-Country
and Volleyball.
Edward continued his career at Towson University, Baltimore
MD as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
heading the Baseball and Basketball Teams and assisting
with all Towson’s 23 Division I Men and Women
Teams, primarily Football, Lacrosse and Volleyball.
He developed innovative programs that provided accurate
documentation of strength, flexibility, conditioning,
plyometrics, agility, speed, nutrition and exercise
technique.
Edward joined Cris Carter’s FAST Program, Coral
Springs FL in 2004 where he trained and developed programs
for many top athletes including Super Bowl Champs, NFL
Draft Picks, World Champions, and Olympic Medalists.
Edward was also the Internship Coordinator at FAST,
providing the opportunity for Exercise Science students
to utilize their academics with practical experience.
Upon completion of the Internship Program, trainers
have gone on to work in the NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA.
Edward will continue his focus with MST on coaching to
develop skills, providing athletes, coaches and trainers
the highest standard in Sports Performance Enhancement

Jeff
Lawson BS, ISSA
Director of Strength |
Jeff Lawson is the owner of Just Lift Fitness Center
an official USAPL Florida Training Center. (USAPL is
the leading powerlifting organization in the United
States).
He specializes with the overall strength and power development
of athletes from the adolescent to the professional
level. With his education and experience he has developed
training progressions that have enabled athletes to
reach state, national and world championship level.
Jeff received his BS in Sports Science from Palm Beach
Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Jeff started his power lifting career in 1979 competing
in the Squat, Bench and Dead Lift. In 1982-83 he was
ranked 7th in the USA in PLUSA. In 1989 he went on to
the 148lb class and posted a 1330lb total and was ranked
again in the top 20 in PLUSA. He moved up again to the
165lb class where his Bench Press has earned him multiple
National Titles and American Records as a Master Lifter
and ranked Tops in PLUSA as a master. With an impressive
25 Years of Competitive Experience in Power Lifting
he has amassed over 30 Power Lifting titles, is a 5
time National Bench Press Champion and is a multiple
American Record Holder.
As an athlete Jeff excelled in wrestling and Judo. He
is currently the Team Coach for JustLift Powerlifting.
The team is comprised of state, national and world champions.

Dr. Damien Fronzaglia

Dr. Damian Fronzaglia, DC has been practicing Chiropractic since 1998. He is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1990.
Dr. Fronzaglia served 12 years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and another 10 years in the Individual Ready Reserve. He received an Honorable Discharge in November 2005 at the rank of Major.
Dr. Fronzaglia has also been a competitive powerlifter since the early 1980’s. He has represented the United States at two World Drug Free Powerlifting Championships and one Masters World Bench Press Championship. He returned with Gold Medals on all three occasions! Today he remains an active competitor as well as coach in Powerlifting.
Dr. Fronzaglia’s practice focuses on proper structural alignment to improve athletic performance. His rehabilitation protocol emphasizes active recovery working around an injury thus, decreasing the development of scar tissue. This is accomplished through spinal and extremity adjustments as well as a number of therapeutic modalities including Electric Stim, Ultra Sound, Infrared Light Therapy and Massage Therapy.

Julia Ridley

Julia is the Director of Athlete Recruiting at MST.
Having a diverse athletic career and a degree in sports
science helps Julia provide the awareness and
opportunity to athletes, coaches and parents within the
community for the coaching of skills development for
optimal Sports Performance.
Born in Kentucky, her first love of athletics began as a
competitive gymnast.
With height evolved the switch to diving in which
she represented Madisonville North Hopkins High School
as 3 time regional champion. In the meantime, she led
MNHHS volleyball team serving as captain to the 2005,
2006 Kentucky State Championship, ending her season with
the All District, All-Region, and All-State Team Titles.
In the off season she played club volleyball for
Evansville Rivercity which gave her the opportunity to
play for the University of Southern Indiana as an
outside hitter and defensive specialist.
She later moved to Miami and finished her
collegiate years playing for Barry University. Currently
she is continuing volleyball as an Open beach volleyball
player and aspires to play professionally in the future
with the continued help of training at MST.
While in Miami she got experience in coaching while
working at The Little Gym of Doral/Pembroke Pines
teaching gymnastics. She currently is growing her
coaching skills while coaching volleyball at Weston, FL
Wildfire Volleyball Club.
While at Barry University she completed her Bachelors in
Exercise Science obtaining the NSCA’s Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist certification. While still
in school, she obtained a job at Pritikin Longevity
Center leading exercise classes, personal training, and
monitoring exercise stress testing which is a helpful
transition into the training of MST athletes.

Rob Festino

Rob Festino has been an athlete
across a variety of team and individual sports including
baseball, soccer, hockey, tennis, running and triathlon.
He has been a competitive age group triathlete and
runner for six years and is well schooled in distance
swimming, cycling, and running. He has coached many
athletes to achieving their personal bests in triathlon
and running through effective training and race plans as
well as development of the “mental game” and skill
development.
Rob has a Bachelor of Science from
the University of Maine and is currently a graduate
student at Barry University in Miami majoring in
Biomechanics with lateral studies in Exercise
Physiology. In addition, he is a USA Triathlon Certified
Coach, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified
Personal Trainer and holds certificates in Indoor
Cycling, Integrated Program Design and Cardiorespiratory
Program Design for both fitness and performance.
As the MST analysis coach, Rob uses
video software specifically designed for detailed
analysis of movement technique which facilitates proper
training methods and progressions to improve performance
and efficiency of movement and reduce the likelihood of
future injury due to faulty technique.
