Training and Analysis
My Speed Trainer (MST) provides comprehensive program design and video analysis to prepare Professional, Collegiate, High School, Travel, and Youth League athletes for the season. Training is based on the skills development of speed, strength, explosive power, and sports specific movements to increase athleticism for optimal performance.

Video Analysis
Video analysis software provides a visual presentation to the athlete with a frame by frame break down of any activity allowing the athlete to see each movement. This breakdown allows for specific, yet simple explanations to help improve the skills development of athletic performance.



Key position tools portray precise cueing points on the video allowing pinpoint technique presentation. These key positions enable the athlete to view still frames with detailed analysis. Several features include joint angle calculation, stride length measurement, super imposing video clips, stro-motion of videos and performance analysis.
Results




The use of video analysis software opens another facet to training; allowing continued visual instruction for the athlete. This enables athletes to capture any movement and receive instant feedback, from an integrated video clip. Our goal is to provide athletes with a clearly outlined skills development progression training system to improve athleticism.
